Happy Christmas to you all — whether long-standing customers or relative newcomers!

On many levels, it’s been a year full of celebration: a family wedding, and an MBE awarded for services to education in Kenya.

Our very first sponsored student, Katana, graduated from university in Nairobi, and we continued to sponsor 15 children at Bluebells School, as well as provide a daily porridge breakfast for 250 children.

We've had great success with our volunteers this year, all of whom add real value.  Do get in touch if you think this might appeal to you?

Our tailors now have two new workshops, allowing them to work independently and significantly reduce travel costs.

In an increasingly alarming world, we feel incredibly fortunate. None of what we achieve would be possible without your continued support and custom. We are a very small setup and don’t always get everything right, but when you call, you speak to a real person — and being small helps us minimise unnecessary waste.

Looking ahead to next year, we’ll be cutting a few lines and focusing on what we do best. We’d love to hear any thoughts you may have.
