Enoch's Legacy

We knew Enoch, our wonderful beadmaker, for over 25 years. Not only was he a gifted cobbler, he was also devoted to his fitness. Sadly, after a football accident in September 2023 led to complications, we lost him far too soon.

However, his talented team continue the work he loved. Today, they craft all our leather pieces - from jazzy keyrings to glasses cords and these Maasai Beaded Bracelets. Wherever possible, they use leftover leather; as a result, they transform small off-cuts into colourful designs full of character.

So, when you choose one of these bracelets, you’re not just adding colour to your outfit - you’re also supporting our Bushbells team and helping sustain an iconic piece of Kenyan craftsmanship. In this way, Enoch’s legacy lives on through his artisans and our continued support of his son Tony and daughter Mahenzo in their schooling.
