Returns Policy / Faulty Goods / Exchanges
We hope that you will be happy your purchases, but if you are not or there is a fault with the goods you have ordered, please accept our apologies and return them to us at the address detailed below within 30 days of delivery. We will either exchange the goods or refund you.
Faulty goods must be returned in their original packaging together with an invoice number. Where possible, please let us know the nature of the fault by email at email@example.com.
It is your responsibility to arrange and pay for the return of any Bushbells product. We cannot be held responsible for returned goods that go missing during delivery or, for whatever reason, fail to be delivered to us.
Purchases made at a charity fair
If the item you are returning was purchased from one of the charity fairs that we attend, your refund will be paid by cheque. Please note that your refund will be reduced by the amount (usually 10%) that Bushbells has donated to the relevant organiser of the charity fair for the sale of that item.
Purchases made via PayPal
If the item you are returning was purchased via PayPal, your refund will be paid via PayPal.
Purchases made via BACs transfer
If the item you are returning was purchased via BACs transfer, your refund will be paid via BACs transfer.
Please ensure that you clearly state your telephone number so that we can contact you to organise your refund if need be.
We’re always happy to exchange an item but we cannot always guarantee the exact same colour. We’ll always have something similar.
